Acting for Singers!
The Opera Studio of Portland is holding four sessions. Modeled on Actors’ Studio, these sessions provide a safe space and live audience of peers in which professional and student singers may hone their craft and prepare concert and audition material. Participants present scenes and solos from, but not limited to, opera repertoire.

Sessions include physical and vocal warm-ups and acting skills. It is assumed you already sing. Bring music, in your key, preferably memorized. Accompanist provided. Observers welcome. Led and critiqued by Julie Goell with moderated peer feedback.
